Mushroom Grow Shop is a family-run business based in Chorley, Lancashire. It was founded and is actively run by Marty Rogers and Pippa Cook, along with their passionate team of mushroom experts.

How long does delivery take?
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD Express, depending on parcel size, with most of them arriving with customers within 24 hours from the point of dispatch. Sometimes it may take a little longer.
For orders containing fresh or perishable products, for example kits, substrates, etc., these are usually made up fresh so please allow 2 to 3 days for us to prepare and dispatch these orders, especially during busy periods, holidays, etc. We promise it will be worth the wait as the quality of product you receive will be top notch, fresh, and ready to go on arrival.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking information.

Yes - all orders are send in plain, discreet packaging, ensuring you have the utmost privacy.

Orders usually arrive within 24-48 hours following dispatch, except for bulk orders, but on rare occasions our courier partners do make mistakes or can be a little slower - but this is very rare.
You can track your order via your account, or follow the tracking link we sent you via email.

Yes - please contact us as soon as you can if you notice that your address is wrong or even partially incorrect on your order, as this is the single biggest cause of customer orders that go missing or don't arrive.

Yes - we offer worldwide delivery on all of our products.
Although our business is registered and operates mainly inside the UK, we are happy to provide shipping to most countries in the world where there is demand from customers. You can find out more on our delivery info page.
How does it work with international customs?

We've sent thousands of packages to different countries around the world, including across Europe, the US and Canada, Asia, etc. and very rarely experience issues at customs. For peace of mind, maybe check your own countries importation laws or check with your customs office to avoid any parcel holds and delays.

We accept a variety of popular and wide-reaching payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, a variety of finance options, direct bank transfer and even phone payments for some people.

Yes - we currently offer Klarna payments which enables you to pay for your order a few different ways:
- Pay in 3
- Pay in full
- Pay later
Finance is subject to status and not guaranteed.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us that confirms what you've ordered from us, when you placed the order, how much the order cost, and how you paid for the order.
If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of payment, please check your SPAM folder.
If you still can't find it, please contact us to check you entered your email correctly during checkout, and we'll also get a new one sent out for you as soon as possible. But even if you don't get one (unlikely) you can be sure we'll be cracking on with your order either way so nothing at all to worry about.

Why did my payment fail, but the payment deducted from my bank?
Sometimes payments do fail, it's just the way it goes, but there's usually a simple fix.
Usually it's due to incorrect billing address details being entered when paying by card, so just double check your billing address and postal code during checkout - it must match the one registered on your bank account.
If your payment failed but an amount was deducted, don't worry this will be returned within 24 hours.
